6. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies rely on ZYNHA's legitimate interest or on contract performance. Other cookies (non-exempt audience measurement, marketing) are placed only after obtaining your free, informed, specific and unambiguous consent, in accordance with article 6.1.a) of the GDPR and article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
7. Recipients and transfers
Data collected via cookies is intended for ZYNHA and, where applicable, its technical subprocessors (hosting provider, error measurement tool, payment provider). Some third parties may be located outside the European Union. In this case, ZYNHA ensures appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission).
8. Retention period
The lifetime of each cookie is specified in the table in section 5. Your consent choices are kept for 13 months. After this period, your consent will be requested again.
9. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set post-mortem directives. To exercise them: privacy@zynha.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
