2.1 Services offered
ZYNHA offers:
- software subscriptions,
- operational management tools,
- orchestration services,
- coordination of field services,
- premium features.
2.2 Pricing
Prices are displayed on the platform at the time of subscription.
ZYNHA may change its prices at any time.
New pricing conditions will not apply retroactively to periods already paid.
2.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan.
Unless terminated before renewal, the subscription is automatically renewed.
2.4 Commissions on services
ZYNHA may charge a commission on certain services delivered through the platform.
As of the date of these terms, the standard commission may reach 15% of the service amount.
This commission covers in particular:
- use of the platform,
- operational coordination,
- digital tools,
- processing fees,
- technical infrastructure.
2.5 Payments
Payments may be processed through secure providers such as Stripe.
ZYNHA may:
- collect payments,
- redistribute amounts due to service providers,
- apply the commissions provided for.
The user accepts that certain banking delays may apply.
2.6 No guarantee of revenue
ZYNHA does not guarantee:
- any revenue level,
- any occupancy rate,
- any specific profitability,
- any booking volume.
Results depend in particular on:
- the market,
- the property,
- the season,
- service quality,
- partner platforms.
2.7 Refunds
Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
Any exceptional request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2.8 Service suspension
ZYNHA may suspend access to the services in case of:
- non-payment,
- fraud,
- breach of contract,
- suspicious activity.
2.9 Liability
ZYNHA acts as a technology platform.
Field services are delivered by independent providers.
ZYNHA cannot be held liable for damage caused directly by a service provider.
